Welcome to the team, Michael! Can you introduce yourself for us?

Thanks! It’s great to join Mishon Mackay and it’s been an excellent first few months. A little bit about me…I’ve been an estate agent for nearly 15 years now and know Brighton and Hove like the back of my hand. There really is nowhere like it and there’s nothing I love more than showing potential buyers its charm and getting our sellers the price they deserve

You’ve got off to a flying start in Hove, what do you put it down to?

Firstly, the team in Hove, and across Mishon Mackay, are second-to-none. Their knowledge of the local area as well as their professional expertise ensures that we can help buyers and sellers no matter where they are in their journey. We really value communication and we’re lucky to have individual members of the team specialising in different areas from valuations, to sales progression, and marketing. This means that we can deliver a personalised approach to all our clients – something we pride ourselves on.

Let’s talk properties, what’s caught your eye recently?

If I had to pick a top three, there’s an amazing five-bedroom home on Tongdean Road that would be perfect for a large family. There’s also a beautiful penthouse in a new development with a roof terrace and sea views. Or, for cricket fans, there can’t be anything better than this one-bedroom ground floor flat on Eaton Road.
